Drivers are obliged to deliver to the front door of the building only, and any further help from the driver is entirely at their discretion. If you are in a multi tenanted building, please ensure there is a delivery point on the ground floor or a safe and secure place where the goods can be left. The delivery charge to Zone 1 is £7.95+VAT for orders under £100 ex VAT. For orders over £100 ex VAT no delivery charge will be added.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders that are placed on stock items for delivery to UK Mainland & Industrial Scotland before 12 noon, are usually delivered the next working day. Orders placed on stock items after 12 noon are typically delivered in 48 hours (2 working days).
